Northern NYS was started to help people in our local area by sharing with the world some of the things Northern NYS and the Adirondack Mountains have to offer. One of the first things built into Northern-NYS was the first good live weather webcams page in Northern NY, built with public safety and relaxation in mind, so please take a few minutes and check out our live webcams page.

All of the people we work with have colorful personalities, not black and white. So, colorful and non traditional, is how we chose to build this site.
After years of research, 1,000's of dollars and 1,000's of hours, we are here to share some of what we have learned.
